Damascus Learning Center (DLC) مبادرة تعليمية مجتمعية مجانية موجّهة حالياً للسوريين. تُنسّق إدارة الموقع والبيانات بواسطة 7STEPZ BUSINESS MANAGEMENT L.L.C في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
طبيعة الخدمة
يقدم DLC محتوى تعليمياً عاماً وجلسات وورشاً ومواد عملية. الجلسات الحالية مجانية وغير معتمدة أكاديمياً، ولا تمنح شهادة رسمية. ما لم يُذكر صراحةً، لا تمثل المواد استشارة قانونية أو مالية أو ضريبية أو طبية، ولا تضمن نتيجة تجارية محددة.
التسجيل والحضور
يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة وحديثة. التسجيل لا يضمن المقعد نهائياً حتى تأكيد DLC عند الحاجة. يجوز لنا تعديل الموعد أو المنصة أو المحتوى أو إلغاء جلسة لأسباب تشغيلية مع بذل جهد معقول لإبلاغ المسجلين.
الوضع المجاني الحالي
لا يبيع DLC حالياً دورات ولا يقبل مدفوعات عبر الموقع. إذا أُطلقت دورات مدفوعة في سوريا مستقبلاً، فستُنشر مسبقاً هوية البائع السوري وشروط الدفع والإلغاء والاسترداد المنفصلة قبل قبول أي دفعة.
العمر والتسجيل
التسجيل مخصص لمن بلغ 18 عاماً. يحتاج القاصر إلى موافقة ولي أمره. لا يجوز تصوير الجلسة أو تسجيلها أو نشر مشاركة أحد الحضور دون إشعار وموافقة واضحة عند الحاجة.
سلوك المستخدم
يجب استخدام الموقع والقنوات باحترام وبشكل قانوني. يُحظر إرسال رسائل مزعجة أو محتوى غير قانوني أو مسيء أو محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو الوصول غير المصرح به. لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو بيانات بطاقات أو وثائق حساسة غير مطلوبة.
الملكية الفكرية
ما لم يذكر خلاف ذلك، تعود حقوق مواد DLC والعروض والنصوص والتصاميم إلى أصحابها. يجوز استخدام المواد للاستخدام الشخصي والتعلم فقط، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة بيعها أو نشرها تجارياً دون إذن كتابي.
الخدمات الخارجية
قد نستخدم روابط أو خدمات خارجية مثل Google Forms وGoogle Meet وMeta وInstagram وFacebook وWhatsApp. تخضع هذه الخدمات لشروطها وسياساتها، ولسنا مسؤولين عن توفرها أو ممارساتها المستقلة.
المسؤولية
نقدم المحتوى بحسن نية ولأغراض تعليمية. ضمن الحدود التي يسمح بها القانون، لا نتحمل الخسائر غير المباشرة الناتجة عن الاعتماد على المحتوى أو تعطل خدمات خارجية. لا تؤثر هذه الشروط في الحقوق الإلزامية التي لا يجوز التنازل عنها.
القانون والتغييرات
تنطبق القوانين الإلزامية ذات الصلة بمكان إدارة الموقع ومعالجة البيانات ومكان تقديم الخدمة. لا تنشئ هذه الشروط حالياً عقد بيع، لأن الجلسات الحالية مجانية. قد نحدّث الشروط عند تغير الخدمة، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة.

Damascus Learning Center (DLC) is a free community learning initiative currently serving Syrians. Website and data administration are coordinated by 7STEPZ BUSINESS MANAGEMENT L.L.C in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Nature of the service
DLC provides general educational content, sessions, workshops, and practical materials. Current sessions are free, not academically accredited, and do not provide an official certificate. Unless expressly stated, materials are not legal, financial, tax, or medical advice and do not guarantee a particular business result.
Registration and attendance
You must provide accurate and current information. Registration does not finally guarantee a seat until DLC confirms it where required. We may change the schedule, platform, or content, or cancel a session for operational reasons while making reasonable efforts to inform registrants.
Current free status
DLC currently sells no courses and accepts no payment through this website. If paid courses are later launched in Syria, the Syrian seller's identity and separate payment, cancellation, and refund terms will be published before any payment is accepted.
Age and recordings
Registration is intended for people aged 18 or older. A minor requires guardian consent. A session or participant may not be recorded, photographed, or publicly shared without notice and clear consent where required.
User conduct
You must use the site and channels respectfully and lawfully. Spam, unlawful or abusive content, service disruption, and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited. Do not send passwords, card information, or unrequested sensitive documents.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, rights in DLC materials, presentations, text, and designs belong to their respective owners. Materials may be used for personal learning only and may not be copied, resold, or commercially republished without written permission.
Third-party services
We may use links or services such as Google Forms, Google Meet, Meta, Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. Those services apply their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their independent availability or practices.
Liability
Content is provided in good faith for educational purposes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused by reliance on content or interruption of third-party services. These terms do not limit mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Law and changes
Mandatory laws relevant to website and data administration and to the place where the service is provided apply. These terms do not currently create a sales contract because all current sessions are free. We may update the terms as the service changes, and the latest revision date appears above.
