Damascus Learning Center (DLC) مبادرة تعليمية مجتمعية مجانية موجّهة حالياً للسوريين. تُنسّق إدارة الموقع والبيانات بواسطة 7STEPZ BUSINESS MANAGEMENT L.L.C في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة، ولا يتم حالياً بيع دورات أو تحصيل مدفوعات من خلال الموقع.
المعلومات التي نجمعها
قد نجمع المعلومات التي تقدمها طوعاً عند التسجيل أو التواصل، مثل الاسم، رقم الهاتف أو WhatsApp، البريد الإلكتروني إن قُدّم، مكان الإقامة، الوضع المهني، مصدر معرفة الجلسة، إجابات التسجيل، الرسائل، واختيارات الموافقة.
عند التواصل عبر Facebook أو Instagram أو WhatsApp، قد نحصل على نص الرسالة، القناة، معرّف الحساب أو الرسالة، والتوقيت. وقد يعالج مزود الاستضافة معلومات تقنية أساسية مثل عنوان IP ونوع المتصفح لأغراض تشغيل الموقع وأمنه.
كيف نستخدم المعلومات
- إدارة التسجيل والتواصل والتأكيدات والتذكيرات.
- تقديم الجلسات والرد على الأسئلة وتحسين المحتوى.
- منع التكرار أو إساءة الاستخدام، وحماية الموقع والخدمات.
- الوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية المشروعة وحماية الحقوق.
الأساس والموافقة
نعالج بيانات التسجيل لتلبية طلبك بالمشاركة وإدارة الجلسة، وبناءً على موافقتك عندما تكون مطلوبة. لا تُستخدم بيانات التسجيل لإرسال عروض تسويقية مستقبلية إلا بعد موافقة اختيارية منفصلة، ويمكن سحبها في أي وقت.
المشاركة ومزودو الخدمة
لا نبيع بياناتك. قد نشارك الحد الأدنى اللازم مع مزودي الخدمة الذين نستخدمهم لتشغيل الموقع والتسجيل والمراسلة، مثل OpenAI Sites أو مزود الاستضافة، Google Forms وGoogle Meet، Meta، WhatsApp وn8n عند تشغيل مسار المراسلة. تخضع هذه الخدمات أيضاً لسياساتها الخاصة وقد تعالج البيانات خارج بلدك.
الاحتفاظ والأمان
نحتفظ ببيانات التسجيل والتواصل لمدة لا تتجاوز 12 شهراً بعد آخر تواصل، ثم نحذفها أو نجهّلها، ما لم توجد حاجة أمنية أو التزام قانوني مشروع لمدة أطول. نستخدم وصولاً محدوداً وإجراءات تشغيلية معقولة، لكن لا توجد وسيلة إلكترونية آمنة بالكامل.
حقوقك واختياراتك
يمكنك طلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها أو تقييد استخدامها أو سحب موافقة اختيارية، مع مراعاة أي التزام قانوني مشروع. يمكنك أيضاً إلغاء الاشتراك من الرسائل غير الضرورية في أي وقت بإرسال كلمة «إلغاء» عبر WhatsApp أو البريد الإلكتروني.
الأطفال والتصوير
الخدمة موجّهة لمن هم بعمر 18 سنة فأكثر. لا نجمع عمداً بيانات القاصرين أو نسجّل صور أو أصوات المشاركين للاستخدام العام دون إشعار واضح وموافقة منفصلة، أو موافقة ولي الأمر عند الحاجة.
النقل الدولي والحوادث
قد تُعالج البيانات عبر مزودي خدمات يعملون خارج سوريا أو الإمارات. نشارك الحد الأدنى اللازم ونستخدم الضوابط المتاحة لدى المزود. إذا وقع خرق جوهري يهدد خصوصيتك، سنتخذ إجراءات معقولة للإبلاغ والمعالجة وفق المتطلبات المطبقة.
ملفات تعريف الارتباط والروابط الخارجية
لا نستخدم عمداً ملفات تعريف ارتباط إعلانية على هذا الموقع حالياً. قد تستخدم الاستضافة آليات تقنية ضرورية، وقد تستخدم الخدمات الخارجية التي تنتقل إليها ملفاتها وتقنياتها وفق سياساتها.

Damascus Learning Center (DLC) is a free community learning initiative currently serving Syrians. Website and data administration are coordinated by 7STEPZ BUSINESS MANAGEMENT L.L.C in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. No courses are currently sold and no payments are collected through this website.
Information we collect
We may collect information you voluntarily provide when registering or contacting us, including your name, telephone or WhatsApp number, email if provided, location, professional status, referral source, registration answers, messages, and consent choices.
When you contact us through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, we may receive message text, channel, account or message identifiers, and timestamps. Our hosting provider may process basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and secure the website.
How we use information
- Manage registration, communications, confirmations, and reminders.
- Deliver sessions, answer questions, and improve content.
- Prevent duplication or misuse and protect our website and services.
- Meet legitimate legal obligations and protect rights.
Basis and consent
We process registration information to respond to your request to participate and administer the session, and with your consent where required. Registration data is not used for future marketing offers unless you provide separate optional consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
Sharing and service providers
We do not sell your data. We may share the minimum necessary information with providers used to operate the site, registration, and communications, such as OpenAI Sites or our hosting provider, Google Forms and Google Meet, Meta, WhatsApp, and n8n when the messaging workflow is used. These services also apply their own policies and may process information outside your country.
Retention and security
We retain registration and communication data for no longer than 12 months after the last contact, then delete or anonymize it, unless a legitimate legal or security need requires longer retention. We use limited access and reasonable operational safeguards, but no electronic method is completely secure.
Your rights and choices
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of optional consent, subject to legitimate legal obligations. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by sending “STOP” through WhatsApp or email.
Children and recordings
The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect minors' data or publicly use participant images or voices without clear notice and separate consent, including guardian consent where required.
International processing and incidents
Data may be processed by service providers outside Syria or the UAE. We share only what is necessary and use the safeguards available through each provider. If a material breach threatens your privacy, we will take reasonable notification and remediation steps under applicable requirements.
Cookies and external links
We do not intentionally use advertising cookies on this website at present. Hosting may use essential technical mechanisms, and external services you visit may use their own cookies and technologies under their policies.

We may update this policy when our services or obligations change. The latest revision date appears at the top of this page.
